PUMA, the world's leading sports brand, and Manchester City Football Club today celebrate the 10th anniversary of Sergio Aguero's legendary goal with the launch of a limited edition 93:20 warm-up kit and special 93:20 ULTRA football boot that will forever be part of Manchester City Football Club history.
The warm-up jersey features a white body with sky blue loops and navy and gold details. The sequence of Sergio Aguero's iconic goal, scored in the 93rd minute and 20 seconds of the game, is frozen in sky blue stripes, and photo by photo tells the full story of the famous goal. The pre-match jerseys will be limited to 2,012 to commemorate the year of the goal, each with a separate number and a 93:20 marker on the back of the collar.
The entire City squad will wear the shirts to warm up before their home game against Newcastle United on May 8.
PUMA has also released a special edition of its ULTRA soccer boots, which feature the same color scheme as Sergio Aguero's PUMA v1.11 soccer shoes when he scored his famous goal, in a nod to that iconic goal. The Nrgy blue and glare green sneakers will be available in a limited edition of 120 pairs.
The top of the 93:20 football boot contains the famous caption "Manchester City are still alive here..." ", with custom 93:20 markings on the vamp and the insole emblazoned with the passionate "Aguero --! (Agueroooooooo!) ".
The 93:20 ULTRA 1.4's ultralights MATRYXEVO woven upper is combined with the newly designed SPEEDCAGE skeleton on the inside, and the reconstructed hollowed out structure achieves further weight loss.
