Together with the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA), Adidas unveiled new home jerseys for the Red Devils (men's national team), the Red Flames (women's national team) and the junior teams of the RBFA. In the past, new home jerseys were created for and released by the Red Devils, while the Red Flames did not usually have a special jersey unveiling ceremony.
Recently, in a show of support for the development of women's soccer, Adidas introduced a tailor-made black home jersey for the Red Flames. Now, in a joint launch between the Red Devils and the Red Flames, a single home shirt has been created for each Belgian national team at the highest level they can achieve.
As expected, the uniform home kit features red as the main colour, with black and yellow details to fully represent Belgium's national colours. Both sleeves of the jersey are decorated with a vibrant flame motif, which is a straightforward reference to demons and flames. And give the opponent hint, once met Belgium team, had better be ready for enough psychological preparation.
For the first time, Adidas is offering two versions of the Red Devils and Red Flames jerseys: The Players' version of the home jersey is built from recycled fabrics with sustainability at its core. Equipped with Adidas HEAT.RDY technology, promote perspiration and air circulation, create a dry and comfortable feeling, and help players cool on the court. The fan version of the home jersey is equipped with AEROREADY technology, which absorbs sweat, creates a dry body and keeps fans prepared.
The jersey is paired with black shorts with red and yellow details. And red replacement shorts with black and yellow detailing. Echoing the jerseys, the socks also feature flames as a prominent design element. Finally, the number is printed in yellow.
