PUMA and German club SpVgg Greuther Furth have unveiled their new away kit for the 2022-23 season.
On June 1, 1997, the whole city of Felter was rejoicing in its return to professional football and promotion to the Bundesliga. The away kit for the new season took people back 25 years and continued the success story.
The familiar black and green wide-striped shirt, with a white border at the junction, is based on the 1996-97 kit and pays tribute to the upgraded heroes of the time. The new kit takes the Shamrocks back to the beginning of professional football 25 years ago, when that victory set the stage for the club's later huge growth.
As a customary highlight, the collar of the ball once again displayed the slogan "Fussball Auf Frankisch", emphasizing the "shamrock" Frank roots.
The jerseys are made from 100% recycled polyester fabric paired with classic dryCELL sweat technology, eco-friendly materials designed to reduce the negative impact on the environment.
