Adidas and Arsenal have launched a new home kit for the 2022-23 season. The new home kit, with a bold collar and a "lightning bolt" element, is inspired by Arsenal's classic home kit from the 1990s. In addition, the new home kit features Arsenal's signature red colour scheme with white shorts, a bold colour scheme designed to accompany the players to the green with confidence and energy.

Inigo Turner, Adidas design director, said: "We want Arsenal's new home kit to incorporate fan culture into a classic design. We create products that really touch the Arsenal faithful. As a result, we looked back at the club's history of emblematic use, whether it was in the early days of the team in Woolwich, London, or the gates of the Royal Arsenal, where the lightning bolt symbol has accompanied Arsenal. We are thrilled to be able to recreate the design on our new home kit and look forward to receiving a positive response from our fans."
Arsenal has long focused on working with the local community. Since 1985, Arsenal in the Community has been committed to making a positive impact on the local community through the power of the Arsenal Club brand. Early in the 2021-22 season, Arsenal also launched the Arsenal Supporting Supporters scheme in response to the impact of the pandemic lockdown and reduced match-day attendance on local businesses. Now, building on the positive results of the past, Arsenal will continue to support the local community.

Freddie Hudson, head of Community at Arsenal, said: "We are proud of our commitment to bringing communities together over the past 35 years. The last two years have been very difficult and the effects are still being felt. But when we come together and support each other, it's amazing what can be achieved. Arsenal Football Club is a united family and this is a joint effort."
The new home player version of the jersey is equipped with adidas innovative HEAT.RDY technology and advanced fabric, which promotes air flow and cooling and sweating, creating a comfortable body feeling and helping players to feel cool and confident on the field. The fan version uses AEROREADY technology and contains sweat-wicking fabrics for a dry and comfortable experience.

Arsenal's new home kit will be unveiled for the first time at the stadium on Sunday 22 May, bringing the club's Premier League campaign to a close.
