Adidas has unveiled the Al Rihla World Cup Dream Journey Soccer shoe set, celebrating the Qatar World Cup with new products featuring three classic soccer shoe collections -- X Speedportal, Predator Edge and Copa Sense -- in fresh designs.
All three shoes are equipped with innovative technology, and adopt the same design concept of Al Rihla, the official match ball of Qatar World Cup group stage, which was released in April this year. The classic and trendy combination of the iconic three shoes represent the classic style.
Al Rihla, which means "journey of dreams" in Arabic, is meant to represent the passion and determination of national teams to win every match at the football event. The colors and design of the official match ball and the Al Rihla World Cup Dream Ride soccer shoe set take inspiration from Qatar's architecture, iconic sailing boats and national flag, aiming to showcase the "extreme speed" of the modern game.
This dynamic design is designed to help players to achieve their best, unite countries, teams, players and fans, make everyone stand on the same starting line, turn the impossible into the possible, and create one miracle after another on the field.

As the new X series football shoes representing "extreme speed" of Adidas, X Speedportal is designed with details to show the design concept, aiming to create for the players who pursue the speed of the game, while ensuring the comfortable foot feeling, to help the players unlock the "multi-dimensional new speed". Equipped with Adidas' advanced SPEEDFRAME technology, stabilisation system and the lightweight upper of SPEEDSKIN 2.0, the shoes are designed to facilitate 'instantaneous' acceleration and movement with full grip.
Al Rihla Predator Edge
The Predator Edge football shoe is the first ever to feature the ZONE SKIN, an innovative ball control area designed to help the ball change direction, spin and control, and meet the skill needs of the modern game. The newly developed FACET FRAME facet structure on the sole aims to provide stability and dynamic traction to help the court burst into force. A weighted design is used in the front of the ball to transfer weight to the front of the shoe, which is designed to optimize power transfer during the stroke.
