PUMA, the world's leading sportswear brand, and French club Stade Rennais have unveiled their new third kit for the 2022-23 season.
For the new season, which marks the club's fifth consecutive year in European competition, PUMA has chosen to evoke the club's origins, recreating the historic blue shirt worn by the team for the first three years of its existence (1901-1904). The memorable blue jersey will be paired with a dark blue vertical stripe and an irreplaceable mink on the back of the collar, and the historic power of the third jersey will be worn by Rennes' players for some of their away games as a way of sharing the club's history beyond Roazhon Park.
To coincide with the launch of the new kit, PUMA has recoloured the original images of Rennes, linking the new kit to the history and time when Rennes have worn these colours.
