Adidas has teamed up with Brazil's Sao Paulo FC to unveil a new third kit for the 2022-23 season. The launch, set against the backdrop of the Museu Afro Brasil, celebrated the great achievements and deep traditions of football in the country's history. The new jersey is a narrative piece, detailing the team's journey for a generation of fans and striking a chord in people's hearts.
The new kit is designed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Tricolor's first world title win and is inspired by the iconic outfit worn by the team during that memorable year of victory (1992). The jerseys add the club's main colours to the details, enhancing the retro aesthetic.
The jersey also features a black collar, three red stripes and a three-color detail on the cuffs.
The highlight of the jersey is a special badge with the number 92 on the hem, once again highlighting the club's great achievement in conquering the world for the first time. Matching shorts and socks were black with red stripes.
In addition, the series of jerseys are equipped with AEROREADY technology to promote cooling and perspiration, creating a comfortable sense of body.
