Along with the 'Create Iconic' event, Adidas and Premier League club Leicester City unveiled their new home kit for the 2022-23 season. The campaign aims to celebrate the great moments in the club's history that have anchored the former jersey into the club's history and embedded them in the memory of every Foxes fan.
Every shirt evokes memories of players, goals and classic moments. The new season, the club's men's and women's teams will aim to add to those memories, creating moments that will define the jersey's place in "Foxes" folklore for years to come.
Combining the striking white lapels, necklines and cuffs that were synonymous with the team under Jimmy Bloomfield in the 1970s, As well as the widely loved 'dynamic fox' of the 1980s made famous by the likes of Gary Lineker and Alan Smith, the new season's home kit carries iconic elements of shirts from a bygone era.
The new shirts were photographed at the King Power Stadium, with participants including the club's men's and women's first-team players and youth team players. The jerseys are made of AEROREADY technology with sweat absorbing fabrics for a dry, comfortable experience. Each jersey contains over 60% recycled material.
