To mark the 200th anniversary of Brazil's independence, the new jersey has an Independence Day themed celebration icon on the back of the collar. The jersey is also yellow as the main color, further strengthening the connection between the club and the country's history.
The legacy of the club is underlined by the 1942 edition of the iconic five star badge, the club's first since changing to its current name, which is now embroidered in blue on the left breast.
The classic ribbed V-neck is decorated with blue and white details, along with three shoulder stripes, and the jersey is paired with blue shorts with yellow stripes and white socks with blue stripes.
